These Terms and Conditions govern your use of services provided by TrueGhana Tours Ltd ("we," "us," "our") and form a binding agreement between you (the "Client") and TrueGhana Tours. By booking with us, you accept these Terms and Conditions in full.
All tour bookings must be made via our website, email, or authorized agent.
A minimum deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
The balance must be paid in full at least 30 days before the tour start date.
Bookings made within 30 days of departure must be paid in full at the time of booking.
All prices are quoted in GBP (British Pounds) unless stated otherwise.
Prices are based on current exchange rates, fuel costs, and local taxes. We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to unforeseen economic changes.
Inclusions and exclusions are clearly specified in each tour package.
Cancellations must be made in writing to info@trueghanatours.com.
Cancellation charges:
More than 30 days before departure: Full refund minus £50 admin fee
15–30 days: 50% refund
Less than 15 days: No refund
No refunds are given for unused services once the tour has started.
TrueGhana Tours reserves the right to modify the itinerary, accommodation, or transport due to weather, safety, availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
If a major change is made prior to departure, clients will be notified and given the option to accept the change or cancel with a full refund.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all clients, covering medical, personal accident, trip cancellation, and lost baggage.
Proof of insurance must be provided before the tour commences.
Clients are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit for the tour activities.
Vaccinations and medical precautions should be confirmed with a health professional prior to travel to Ghana.
TrueGhana Tours is not liable for injuries or illnesses sustained during the tour unless directly caused by negligence.
Clients are responsible for obtaining valid passports and visas for entry into Ghana.
TrueGhana Tours may offer guidance but holds no responsibility for visa denials or delays.
TrueGhana Tours acts as an agent for transport, accommodation, and activity providers. We are not liable for delays, losses, or injuries resulting from third-party services.
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the total cost of the tour paid by the client.
We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to war, natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or civil unrest.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward local cultures, guides, and fellow travelers.
We reserve the right to remove any client from a tour without refund if their behavior causes disruption or poses a danger.
Any complaint must be reported immediately to the tour leader or local guide so that efforts can be made to resolve it.
Formal complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of tour completion.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We collect and store client information solely for booking and communication purposes. Data is handled in compliance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
By making a booking, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.
